Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette

ZOEVA is a German brand, founded in 2008 by Zoe Boikou. Over the years ZOEVA has expanded to become yet another good quality make up brand for us make up addicts. I've seen a lot of good reviews online about the Cocoa Blend palette so I decided to buy it and give it a try.

The palette consists of a mixture of brown hues, both matte and shimmery, perfect for creating a lovely Autumn eye. My favourite shades from the palette are, Substitute For Love, a mid-tone brown perfect for the crease, Sweeter End, a beautiful champagne and Warm Notes, a near-perfect dupe for MAC Cranberry. I have used this palette to create simple daytime eye looks with the matte shades and then to transition into the evenings I've used Warm Notes or Pure Ganache onto the outer V to help add definition. I feel like this palette compliments the Naked palettes I own as the shades are all quite similar and enhance one another. I would recommend this palette for anyone that is interested in experimenting more with eye make up and doesn't want to spend a lot of money. This palette is only £15 and for the quality of shadows paired with range of colours available it's the perfect start to anyone's eye shadow collection.

To show you the looks I've created with this palette I have decided to create a mini series of posts over the next month. Bare in mind that I'm no professional when it comes to eye shadow application, however I thought it may be useful to show you what looks I wear using this palette.
I look forward to start posting more 'tutorials' on how I apply my make up and I am beginning to create content showing you my top tips that I've learnt through experimenting with make up.

What are your opinions on this palette?
